Love is the most powerful basic need for Human Beings and one of the proven treatment in healing human psychological sufferings and pain-reducing physical sufferings. Loving someone, loving others, loving oneself is all about the capacity to connect positively. And how we are loved from birth to adulthood is key to how we see others and life. Loving is challenging because it is a continuous and permanent learning process.
Respect is often an extensible notion which applies too often far more easily to others than oneself. Respect is about understanding and listening to our own limits as human beings. It is also about gratitude for what life brings in to our life, even things which may not appear positive, they remain an opportunity to learn since we can’t be self-sufficient.

As a Human Beings, we play a role in various dynamics and to fulfill the self-confidence, we need recognition for who we are. The recognition leads to solidarity and the sense of existence in the eyes of others.
Freedom is a key element to our balance. Human Beings who have been or are restrained in their capacity to express their differences, or by the fear of judgment or retaliation, are among the ones with the highest risk of depression. Human Being needs to feel its capacity to have some control over its life, otherwise, he’ll try to find it elsewhere.
