Training. This is how we change the world one person at a time.

At AMHACI, when we mean training, we do mean training and we take our role very seriously. Because when we get in front of a group, we know we don't have a second chance to incite interest and motivation. We don't have a second chance to empower each participant in its learning process. We have only one and we make sure we succeed everytime.

How we know we succeed? We pre and post assess every training provided with 16 quantitative and 4 qualitative questions. Our average results? over 92% of satisfaction. As a transparency policy, all assessment results are shared and are part of what we use to ensure the highest quality in content. All reports are openly shared upon request.

We do everything to be ahead of your needs.

What's the difference between support and training?

Training is a set program with determined number of hours with a certification at the end. Although most training programs are adaptable, the framework is the same:  Each training day is assessed, there is a final exam and a certificate is delivered when training and exams are completed.

What is the style of training we use?

Since our philosophy is about empowerment, it does reflect on how we deliver our training. Every session is based on participation, work group discussions, hands-on tools and documentation to handle the topics in various approaches.  If we use Powerpoint to support our presentations, it is done to support the other activities not the other way around.

Why taking our training instead of a formal education program?

Our training programs are set to BUILD CAPACITIES and COMPETENCIES, in environments where little resources and few specialized programs exists.  Our target is truly to build capacities but to do it and applying the best practices standards.

What does mean applying ``best practices`` standards?

The best practices standards are guidelines, usually at an international level which define “how to do what we do” the most efficient way possible with the most ethical approach.  There are best practices guidelines in numerous field like human resource, mental health services, patient cancer treatment etc..  What is most important to remember is that all standards are set following many researches and evaluations of practices but they target the well-being of the persons involved.
